The Facility

The Rutgers Center for Recovery & Wellbeing (RCRW) is a modern, state-of-the-art inpatient and outpatient center thoughtfully designed to support comfort, safety, and healing. Every aspect of our center has been created with healing in mind; from the calming aesthetics to the clinical functionality of every room.

The center includes 44 beds in a secure, calming setting designed to foster dignity, structure, and whole-person wellness, along with peaceful spaces that support a full continuum of outpatient services.

Sample Daily Schedule

Whilecare is individualized, we set clear expectations and structure for every clients stay.  Daily schedules include elements of all of the following based on unique needs to ensure comfort, security, and success.
  • Guided morning mindfulness and wellness check-ins
  • Individual and group therapy experiences
  • Therapeutic movement, creative, or recreational activities
  • Psychiatric evaluation with ongoing medication support
  • Family involvement and peer connection sessions
  • Nourishing meals, restorative quiet time, and opportunities for reflection
